My teaching experience involves around the concepts and movement technique of the traditional work of Joseph Pilates.
Pilates focuses on the mind and body. It develops a strong torso which in turn strengthens and lengthens the muscles in your body.
I offer individualized attention and encouragement. All sessions are customized to each clients fitness level and goals. My studio provides a private and comfortable environment for all clients to develop outstanding form and confidence with each workout session.
